The Inquisition of the Modern World
The Cambridge Companion to The Jesuits Edited by Thomas Worcester.

“The inquisition was founded to prosecute judaizing conversos, namely individuals of Jewish ancestry who were baptized as Christians but continued to practice aspects of Mosaics law such as dietary rules and rituals associated with the Sabbath. To Christian religious authorities, conversos who followed Jewish ceremonies were heretics because they appeared to be practicing two religions simultaneously and hence betraying their baptismal vows. The Inquisition was supposed to find these judaizing heretics and, if possible, enclose them again in the Christian community after eliciting from them an expression of repentance. If the suspected heretic refuse to confess her error and sufficient eyewitness testimony against her, she would be relaxed to the secular arm, a phrase meant released to the secular authorities and burn at the stake. p23,24
It is by their own admission we can see who is Cain & who is Able.
The true gospel of Christ
God’s power is present in the world through His people- those that are commandment keeping people. It is to be militant only in what is true- by the power & truth of the scriptures
John 6:39 And this is the Father’s will which hath sent me, that of all which he hath given me I should lose nothing, but should raise it up again at the last day.
If one has trouble to identify which is true & which is false, go to the only words written directly with God’s finger- the 10 commandments (Deuteronomy 5 & Exodus20) which is entry to eternal life (Revelation 22:14, Revelation 14:12, John 14:21-23). The majority of churches do not follow God’s commandments and by their false teachings disregard particularly the 4th commandment as if God is not particular about matters of salvation and His relationship to us as our creator. God has directed the way & made it simple & given His Son as an example, so no one can be with excuse or loss their way if they are really sincere.
