The gospel message that is sent with power into the world exposes the man of sin and the coming of Lucifer and prepares a people for the King of Kings before the Second Coming of Jesus.

As the end approaches, the testimonies of God’s servants will become more decided and more powerful, flashing the light of truth upon the systems of error and oppression that have so long held the supremacy. {3SM 407.1}

To do this, God endows men and women with the power of His Holy Spirit. This gospel has not been realised since apostolic times where Christ spoke of His relationship with the Father and invited us to become perfect in Him as He is in the Father.

This is the sum of the theme of John and the gospel spoken of in Revelation.

The gospel is all about perfecting our relationship in Christ, just as Christ is one with the Father we are to be one with Him. Many have in the name of Christ, fought against such a message, as it appears to be a paradox of impossibilities.  But it is this that accomplishes the last great work on earth.

I saw jets of light shining from cities and villages, and from the high places and the low places of the earth. God’s Word was obeyed, and as a result there were memorials for Him in every city and village. His truth was proclaimed throughout the world.–Testimonies, vol. 9, pp. 28, 29. (1909)  {Ev 699.3}

Hundreds and thousands were seen visiting families, and opening before them the Word of God. Hearts were convicted by the power of the Holy Spirit, and a spirit of genuine conversion was manifest. On every side doors were thrown open to the proclamation of the truth. The world seemed to be lightened with the heavenly influence.–Testimonies, vol. 9, p. 126. (1909)  {Ev 699.4}
