The storms and disasters will multiply as man tampers with the natural world as seen in freak occurrences in places never seen before, but ultimately God is in charge of time and the weather. The war of the world is against the Most High and He will destroy those that destroy the earth. Pictures of a freak storm in NSW denudes the trees and throws fish up from the sea and onto the land as it makes a clear cut path through the trees. Japan is perhaps one of the most horrific disasters in modern times. Job 38:22 Hast thou entered into the treasures of the snow? or hast thou seen the treasures of the hail, 38:23 Which I have reserved against the time of trouble, against the day of battle and war? The world is being prepared for global change but will they see that the destruction of the world comes because of the moral fall of man?

Those who are tampering with the natural world are breaking natural laws and the result will be catastrophic. Those who are tampering with the right of all men to be free, and have liberty of conscious are interfering with God given rights and God will judge the nations.

Harvard radio research lab ran all electronic warfare in WW11. This was directed by the Father of electronic warfare- Frederick Emmons Terman 
Terman recruits 11 former radio research lab personnel into the Stanford university where they set up a new lab and naval department gives them their first contract in research into microwaves. In the 1950’s the engineering department becomes also involved. The Korean war and the cold war era leads to doubling the size of Stanford electronic departments. (The USA was two weeks from a set date to drop an atomic bomb on Korea.) Stanford become a a full partner with the military and NSA, CIA etc. Cold war was an electronic war- track and monitored behind closed walls.
Silicon valley started to participate in electronic surveillance system to go on planes using microwave technology @150- 140,000 Mz. Stanford designs/ silicon valley built.
Terman becomes “Chief Academic Officer” or provost in 1955 and systems engineering lab emerges. Advances research & development for NSA & CIA throughout the cold war. He encourages students to leaves and start companies and professors to consults for companies and become part of company boards so that technology transfer becomes easy and licensing became easy. Others were led to start companies and the researchers would sit on the company boards. Silicon valley explodes with companies doing microwave research and development work.

You see all our most recent communication convinces and technology is built literally on human warfare and death. Advances in Weather modification
According to Gen Gordon Sullivan, former Army chief of staff, “As we leap technology into the 21st century, we will be able to see the enemy day or night, in any weather— and go after him relentlessly.”1 A global, precise, real-time, robust, systematic weather-modification capability would provide war-fighting CINCs with a powerful force multiplier to achieve military objectives. Since weather will be common to all possible futures, a weather-modification capability would be universally applicable and have utility across the entire spectrum of conflict. The capability of influencing the weather even on a small scale could change the outcome of a war.
The following article carries a little more weight if we realize the way that universities have supported technological advances. The Government gives the universities money for research which is developed and given to industry and industry supplies the military.

The first trials of cloud seeding occurred in the 1950’s by the British and used in warfare by the Americans in Vietnam. Operation Popeye (Project Popeye/Motorpool/Intermediary-Compatriot) was a US military cloud seeding operation (running from March 20, 1967 until July 5, 1972) during the Vietnam war to extend the monsoon season over Laos, specifically areas of the Ho Chi Minh Trail.
During 2013 we read that an artificial northern aurora was created as a reported news item and the technology has advanced from cloud seeding to electromagnetic waves as stated by William Cohen. There have been many reports by the public about HARRP (The High Frequency Active Auroral Research Program) activities around the world but has never been acknowledged in global weather modification. Weather is being used as a political tool to bring countries and people into submission under a global world order. Work on the HAARP Station began in 1993 and the current working structure was completed in 2007. The weather patterns are changing to give twisters frequently in places such as Australia where there was little activity before and the unusual consistency in New Zealand’s earthquakes with many occurring over the last years.
We can see that God is literally holding back the winds of strife from which there will be relentless climatic change because of man tampering with nature. Revelation 7:1 And after these things I saw four angels standing on the four corners of the earth, holding the four winds of the earth, that the wind should not blow on the earth, nor on the sea, nor on any tree.
It was Christ who directed the education of Israel. John beheld a new power coming up to echo the dragon’s voice, and carry forward the same cruel and blasphemous work. This power that is to now wage war against the church and the law of God, was symbolized by a beast with lamblike horns. The beasts preceding it had risen from the sea, but this came up out of the earth, representing the peaceful rise of the nation which is symbolized. The “two horns like a lamb” well represent the character of the United States Government, as expressed in its two fundamental principles, Republicanism and Protestantism. These principles are the secret of our power and prosperity as a nation. Those who first found an asylum on the shores of America rejoiced that they had reached a country free from the arrogant claims of popery and the tyranny of kingly rule. They determined to establish a government upon the broad foundation of civil and religious liberty. {ST, November 1, 1899 par. 4}
Rev 13:11 And I beheld another beast coming up out of the earth; and he had two horns like a lamb, and he spake as a dragon. 13:12 And he exerciseth all the power of the first beast before him, and causeth the earth and them which dwell therein to worship the first beast, whose deadly wound was healed.
But the stern tracing of the prophetic pencil reveals a change in this peaceful scene. The beast with lamblike horns speaks with the voice of a dragon, and “exerciseth all the power of the first beast before him.” Prophecy declares that he will say to them that dwell on the earth that they should make an image to the beast, and that “he causeth all, both small and great, rich and poor, free and bond, to receive a mark in their right hand, or in their foreheads; and that no man might buy or sell, save he that had the mark, or the name of the beast, or the number of his name.” Thus Protestantism follows in the steps of the Papacy. {ST, November 1, 1899 par. 5}
It is at this time that the third angel is seen flying in the midst of heaven, proclaiming: “If any man worship the beast and his image, and receive his mark in his forehead, or in his hand, the same shall drink of the wine of the wrath of God, which is poured out without mixture into the cup of His indignation.” “Here are they that keep the commandments of God, and the faith of Jesus.” In marked contrast to the world stands the little company who will not swerve from their allegiance to God. These are they of whom Isaiah speaks as repairing the breach which had been made in the law of God, they who are building the old waste places, raising up the foundation of many generations.

We see in the last moments of earth’s history the destructive potential of world powers that but for the grace of God would destroy the world. We see the nature of this power or beast, has some attributes that appear as a lamb or Christlike but speaks like a dragon or Satan. The USA is coming to national disaster as prophesied by over extending itself in worldwide surveillance and weather modification and in the name of liberty subverting liberties and causing oppression. Daniel 4:27 Wherefore,..let my counsel be acceptable unto thee, and break off thy sins by righteousness, and thine iniquities by showing mercy to the poor; if it may be a lengthening of thy tranquillity.
The calamities that are brought on by lawlessness both natural and moral, will give voice to man made laws that are opposed in particular to that law most directly specified by Christ – to remember to keep the Seventh Day Holy. Lawlessness or laws opposed to the laws of heaven will make way for Satanic delusions.
Daniel 7:25 And he shall speak [great] words against the most High, and shall wear out the saints of the most High, and think to change times and laws: and they shall be given into his hand until a time and times and the dividing of time.
Not just one law but laws and not just one time but times. In every way possible sun worship was instituted under a the ‘church’s authority’.
Heathenism in the centuries before Christ had a counterfeit yearly holiday celebrating the spring equinox of the sun. It was called “Eostre” from the Scandinavian word for the goddess of spring, from which we get our word “Easter.” Since the resurrection of Christ had occurred at the time of the Old Testament Passover, a custom developed of celebrating it yearly, though neither Christ nor the New Testament provided for it.21 This rivaled the pagan spring festival. However, the fourteenth day of the month of the Passover could fall, as now, on any day of the week. The eastern churches celebrated the resurrection of Christ annually two days after the Passover feast. They commemorated the resurrection on whatever day of the week the sixteenth day of the month fell. This was in harmony with the way the Bible regulated the Old Testament Passover feast. In addition to their yearly spring festival at Eastertime, sun worshipers also had a weekly festival holiday. As was previously pointed out, the first day of the week had widespread recognition as being sacred to the sun. The bishop of Rome, seeking to outrival pagan pomp, assaulted those churches which celebrated Easter as a movable feast. He determined to force Easter to come on the same day of the week each year, namely,Sunday.22 By this he would create a precedent which only a devout and scholarly opposition could oppose. Religious powers, allied to heaven by profession, and claiming to have the characteristics of a lamb, will show by their acts that they have the heart of a dragon and that they are instigated and controlled by Satan. The time is coming when God’s people will feel the hand of persecution because they keep holy the seventh day.
